Daddy Wrong-Legs: Leader of the Robber Band!

Got some work done on the first three members of the Robber Bands, my all-elastic, villainous team for the local SuperSystem campaign at Phantom of the Attic.

First I'll show the leader of the crew, Daddy Wrong-Legs, and provide his SuperSystem stats for your perusal. As I mentioned in the last post, he's a Reaper Chronoscope figure, and the only non-SuperFig in the team.

Brilliant bio-chemist Spiro Cignetti exposed himself to an experimental polymer resin he had recently developed. The substance was known as Agent-S, and he had developed it for the Ace Chemical Corp in association with a military contract to come up with armor plating that could better absorb kinetic impacts. Always prideful and volatile in the lab, Spiro struck a careless assistant who spilled a small amount of the experimental resin on the floor. The last in a long line of actions that crossed the company's line of good conduct, Cignetti was suspended until his actions could be reviewed.

Not wanting to wait for what he guessed would be his dismissal, he sneaked back into the lab after hours and attempted to abscond with a large sample of Agent-S. He was spotted by guards, and thinking he was an industrial spy, they fired on him as ran by a large window overlooking the facility's dock-side bay window. The bullets struck home and knocked Cignetti through the glass and into the water below. Dragging himself from the cold water with the cask of chemicals still in his hands, he desperately doused himself in the weird substance, hoping it might close his wounds and staunch the bleeding.

It did much more than that! He mutated and developed elastic powers similar to some of the heroes and villains he'd seen battling the aliens during the invasion of Earth. He decided to use the chemical and make his own team of super-humans. They would take what they wanted with their newfound and enhanced powers. They would become the Robber band!
